Every Weej Wala charging station runs on Chargeway hardware by Sterling Green Power Solutions — manufactured in Silvassa — managed seamlessly on the IONAGE platform.
A charging station is only as reliable as its weakest component. A charger that trips in the rain, a dashboard that won’t load, or a payment system that fails mid-session — any one of these erodes trust in your charging business faster than anything else. That’s why Weej Wala does not compromise on either layer: the hardware or the software. Chargeway’s certified AC and DC charger range is built for India’s grid variability, weather conditions, and connector standards. IONAGE’s purpose-built EV charging software platform manages every session, every rupee, and every kilowatt-hour.
AC Chargers
DC fast charging is the right choice for any location where vehicles cannot dwell for hours but demand needs to be met quickly — highways, malls, commercial hubs, bus depots, and public charging stations. Unlike AC charging, DC fast chargers bypass the vehicle’s onboard charger and deliver power directly to the battery, enabling significantly faster charge times.
Chargeway’s DC fast charger range spans five power tiers: 30 kW, 60 kW, 120 kW, 180 kW, and 240 kW. Output voltage covers a super-wide range of 150 to 1000 V DC, ensuring compatibility with the full spectrum of current and future EV models — from compact passenger cars to electric buses and commercial vehicles.
Connector configurations include both CCS2 and CHAdeMO. Smart Load Management is built in across the range: when two vehicles are charging simultaneously, power is distributed dynamically between the guns based on each vehicle’s active demand. The Chargeway DC series supports both OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1 protocols. Standalone connect-and-charge mode is available. CCS2 mating face frames are on-site replaceable — minimising downtime from connector wear.
